How to return a product -
If you are based in the UK, US, CA or EU and have a Roccbox or any of the accessories listed on our site (except for the Dome Stand) that you no longer want and it is within 30 days of the original purchase date and in its original condition with packaging intact, you can use our self-service portals to process a return:

Will I have to pay for return shipping?
Returns shipping is free unless stated otherwise on our returns portal.
What are your returns terms?
To return a product, this must be new and unused and in its original packaging. We are not able to accept returns for refunds on used items.
What is the returns period?
We are able to accept returns on new and unused products up to 30 days after purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 30 days of return.
How do I return a gift?
We can only accept returns for refunds from the original purchaser. If you have received this as a gift, we would ask that you contact the original purchaser to arrange a return.
