Timing
Shipping varies by product.
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days with a further 3-5 business days transit time.
Small ovens (Roccbox, Arc Lite, Tread, Arc) and accessories will ship with UPS.
If you are ordering a larger oven (example Dome Gen 2, Arc XL or a stand) this will ship on a pallet with Pilot Freight/Maersk and transit time is often longer in these instances.
Once your shipment is confirmed, we will email you with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delivery costs depend on the products that you buy.
Shipping Cost
All Gozney ovens come with free shipping.
A shipping charge of $15 will apply for any orders with an item value lower than $100. Some accessories like doughball kits or wood packs require special shipping arrangements where the shipping charge may be added regardless of the total order value.
