In the UK only, we offer the option for Roccbox to be used professionally with a special B2B Gas Burner which has a flame failure device fitted meaning that if the flame blows out in the wind, for example, the gas is then turned off.

Whilst it can be used professionally, the oven can still only be used in an outdoor setting.
