When using Wood with Dome we recommend using a hard wood, kiln-dried kindling that is around 2 inches thick and 5 inches long.
We have our own wood available to purchase on our website.
Start by building a small fire in the centre of the oven and lighting this with a natural fire lighter. Gradually build this up to a larger fire and push over to the right hand side of the oven. If using the Wood-Fire Control kit alongside this, you can adjust the air flow using the modules control dial.
