Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email for every shipment which contains details of the courier we've dispatched your order with and your unique tracking number.
Your tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery, and in the cases of some couriers, will allow you to take advantage of a few in-flight delivery options.
If you have not received your dispatch email, it may be that your order has not yet been dispatched or that your email has fallen into your spam/junk folder. If you need any assistance obtaining your tracking details, please contact our Customer Experience team.
