The oven does not require any internal cleaning as any spilt food debris or soot will burn off during a period of use at high temperature (350°C+). If any stubborn areas (such as burnt on cheese) are present, a light scrape with a wire brush will help to accelerate the thermal cleaning process.
The outer shell of the oven can be cleaned using warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to remove any small areas of dirt and debris. If the Dome surface is heavily soiled then a non-caustic cleaning product such as Bar Keeper’s Friend can be used.
