To clean the stone, we recommend leaving your oven on its strongest flame for 30-60 minutes to run through a self-cleaning cycle and burn off any residue left on the stone.
For tougher stains, you can use a stiff brush (non-metal) to clean these. Do not use any chemicals on the stone.
