The Dome can operate at a range of temperatures, so it will really depend on what you are cooking and the temperatures you are looking to achieve. The oven could be used in as little as 10 minutes, but will generally be ready to cook Neapolitan pizzas in around 40-45 minutes and will achieve full heat saturation at around 50-55 minutes (850 - 900°F). Similar heat up times can be experienced with both wood and dual fuel usage.
