The ovens are delivered in a palletised crate system, specially customised to protect the contents in transit as effectively as possible. The layout of the pallet has been designed to make unpacking ergonomic and to follow the order in which you need each component.
In addition to the manual, the pallet also comes with a sleeve that features a visual representation of how to assemble the oven, helping to make installation as easy as possible, even before you have started unpacking!

We offer 2 types of delivery:
Standard Pallet delivery
This is a complimentary delivery service offered by Gozney. The courier will deliver the product to your chosen address to the kerbside. The driver will be unable to move or assemble the oven past the point of delivery (kerbside) even short distances onto people’s properties. To arrange your delivery you will be contacted (post purchase) to confirm a suitable date, this is then confirmed with the courier (you will need to be present and sign for delivery).
Premium pallet delivery service
This is a specialised delivery service and comes at an additional cost to the product. The couriers will remove the pallet off of the vehicle and move it to the assembly location at the delivery address. You can opt to have all items unpacked and the packaging removed from the delivery address if requested at the time of delivery. To arrange your delivery, you will be contacted and given a suitable delivery date depending on your delivery postal code. You would need to provide details of access to the delivery address. (AM and PM and Saturday deliveries can be requested at an additional cost)
