At Gozney, we ship orders with different couriers depending on the product.
For smaller purchases (Roccbox and accessories) we ship on either a Fedex or UPS ground service.
For larger purchases (Dome and stand) these are sent via pallet freight with Mainfreight or Pilot Freight.
We aim to ship all orders from our warehouses in 1-5 working days. Once these ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note once tracking information is provided, it can take a further 24 hours for the tracking information to reflect on the couriers tracking page.
Transit time for orders is dependant on the product purchased and your location. The ETA for your delivery will be confirmed as soon as possible within tracking information provided.
If you have placed your order over a week ago and still have not received tracking information (and have not been advised of a delay in shipment due to an extended lead time on your order), please reach out to our customer experience team at email@example.com who will be happy to support further.
