When will early access sign ups close?
Early access sign ups will close on the 3rd March.

When will you be launching Arc in other EU territories?
Due to the different gas regulations and configurations in certain EU countries, we are only currently able to launch Arc in Germany direct and through distributors.
We hope to be able to open to additional European markets in the future, however please note there are no imminent plans to launch Arc in any further markets currently. As we are a small company, this will be one by one as the company continues to grow.

What will the lead time on delivery be?
Lead times vary by product and delivery destination however this will be advertised on the product page prior to purchase.
I just bought a Dome/S1/Roccbox but would prefer this, can I swap?

What colours will it be available in?
Arc XL will be available in Bone or Off Black, Arc is available in Bone.
Will you be getting the Arc in the off black? (As opposed to just the Arc XL).
We will not be releasing the 14” Arc in Off-Black. The Off-Black colourway will only be available in the Arc XL/
Will there ever be an Olive Arc like the Dome?
We have no plans for an Olive version of the Arc and Arc XL currently.
Are Arc and Arc XL included in the ‘mention me’ referral programme?
As Arc and Arc XL are new products, we are not currently able to include them in our referral scheme and these products will not qualify for any discounting.
Can the Arc be used indoors?
Arc and Arc XL are certified for outdoor use only.
What accessories does it come with?
Arc comes as the oven only. A range of accessories will be available to purchase with the Arc XL + Arc including: Arc stand, Arc Booster, Arc Mantel, Covers, as well as a range of new peels.
Can you use wood in the Arc?
No, the Arc is for propane gas use only.
Is there a natural gas version?
No, the Arc is for propane gas use only.
